- Adam Silver has also started a new program to encourage an older demographic to show interest in the NBA. He has asked Steve Nash to visit some elderly homes to get retirees excited about the game. However, the visits have not been well received and many of the residents complained they could not relate to Steve because he was too old.

- After seeing Kobe Bryant's new high top shoe from Nike and not being able to heal from multiple leg injuries this season, Jordan Farmer has reached out to the developers to see if they can create a shoe that laces all the way up to his groin. Explaining that he needs the extra leg support.

- Award winning director, Spike Lee has been rumored to be creating a sequel to his 1998 smash hit "He Got Game." Steve Nash has been spotted meeting with Lee and initial reports cite the working title of the movie as "He Had Game."

- Recently the NBA has been generating ideas to speed up the game. The list includes suggestions such as awarding Steve Blake 2 points instead of wasting time having him shoot free throws, and giving Jordan Hill credit for an offensive rebound and 2 points whenever another post player catches the ball in position to miss an 8 foot turn around from the other side of the key.

- The Hall of Fame has recently asked to display a ladder that belongs to Steve Nash. The ladder is special because Steve allowed his young friend, James Naismith, to borrow it when he hung up the first ever basketball hoop.
